Description: The Director is the lead administrator of the Weekday Early Education (W.E.E.) program.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to developing curriculum, creating policies, conferencing
with families, guiding staff, overseeing the program budget, and maintaining standards for license
exempt child care programs. The Director assures developmentally appropriate practices are utilized in
all facets of the program. The Director will be on site 40 hrs. each week, M-F with some flexibility in hours.
Qualifications: A.A.S. in ECE or B.A. in ECE plus a minimum of 4 years paid experience teaching in an
early education classroom. Some administrative experience preferred. Excellent communication skills
and a strong commitment to Biblical principles and Christian education are required.
