Our worship services are at 9am and 10:45am on Sundays. We encourage you to dress comfortably. Whether that means very casual, your Sunday best, or something in between, it’s up to you.
We’ve got a place for kids to learn in an age-appropriate setting during both of our services, too.
Students in grades 6-12 meet at 10:45am to hang out with others their age and dig into what it means to have a relationship with God.
As far as music goes, we use a blend of traditional and contemporary styles (everything from hymns to what you’d hear on 99.1 JoyFM), and use a variety of instruments (piano, electric guitars, orchestral). We know people all learn differently. That’s why we use music, drama, dance, videos, and a number of other ways to teach God’s truths.
Worship is so much more than music and art. Worship is the reason behind everything that we do at Concord. Romans 12:1 says that when we come before God and let Him guide our lives, that’s our act of worship. We can do that through music, but we can do that in every other thing we do.
That’s the kind of place we strive for Concord to be, a place where people can come as they are to build meaningful relationships with others as we seek God’s direction and tell others about Him. Jesus is the reason we have hope and a purpose, and that’s why we’re sent into the world to share His love with others. That’s why we worship.
